The "6 Steps to SANITY and 12-Weeks Freedom Program" has been developed to be utilized in a support group setting. Sharing this sometimes difficult journey with fellow parents and grandparents, and gaining support from them, is an integral part of the program. However, we do realize there are many of you who cannot locate a group in your area, and who do not yet feel comfortable starting your own group. We also know there are those of you who prefer to currently walk this journey in private.

Knowing this, we developed a brand new program, our Online SANITY Support Group Sessions. If you have a computer and high-speed internet connection, this is the program for you. Please visit our Online SANITY Support Group page for more information.

Our goal is to bring SANITY into as many lives as possible. Our flagship product is the Group Leader Start-Up Kit. This 12-week program was designed to be used in a group setting, which is the most beneficial way to use the program. Our most recent product is the Individual Study Program. This is the same program we currently offer for the support group setting, but it has been designed to be used on your computer for private individual home study. Please read the product descriptions carefully for a complete overview of what we offer.

Everyone who participates in the 12-week program needs a copy of the book, Setting Boundaries With Your Adult Children, AND a copy of the Setting Boundaries Companion Study Guide. This holds true for whether you are participating as a member in a support group setting, or taking the individual study program from the privacy of your home. Without these two important items, you will not receive the full benefit of the 12-week program. We have given you several options to purchase the components needed to help on your journey to find SANITY.

Group Leader Start-Up Kit - HARD COPIES OF ALL ITEMS

This comprehensive kit contains everything needed to start a group. A complete description of the items included in this package is listed below. Once a group is organized and ready to meet, a Group Leader needs to make certain each member has their own copy of the book and study guide to use while listening to the CD's. Refering to specific sections in the book and writing notes in the Companion Study Guide is an integral part of the program. Books and Companion Study Guides can be purchased separately below.

Individual Study - DOWNLOADABLE AUDIO AND PDF FILES

You will receive all 12 sessions of the program as downloadable individual audio files in MP3 format. There is one audio session for each week of the 12-Steps to SANITY program. Each audio file features an inspiring and personal message from Allison Bottke to begin each session.

You must have a copy of the book and the companion study guide to use with these audio sessions in order to receive the full benefit of the program. The audio files refer to the book and to the study guide on a regular basis. The study guide has areas to write the answers to questions and to jot down your thoughts and ideas as you participate in the program.

We have given you three options below for purchasing the audio files with one of them offering a downloadable version of the study guide in pdf format.

$150	OPTION A Downloadable Audio Files ONLY The Setting Boundaries book and study guide must be purchased separately.
$175	OPTION B Downloadable Audio Files AND PDF of the Companion Study Guide The Setting Boundaries book must be purchased separately. Please Note: When selecting this option, you will need to print a copy of the study guide to use. The guide contains 119 pages. Keep this in mind when ordering.
$195 $65/month for three months	OPTION C Installment Plan for Option B You will receive four audio clips each month for the next three months and be billed in three equal intallment payments each month. There is an added fee for this option to cover service charges, data storage, transfer and handling.
